Can't login to Apple Music

Music Application Version 12.4.3.1. Mac OSX 10.11.6.

Lost built in sound device. In course of troubleshooting did a complete clean install of OS with latest installer in App Store. Received update to Music Application version listed and installed it.

Music will not give me the dialog (Account:Login) to login to my AppleID. Likewise when I push the buttons on the Apple Radio and For You pages I get no response so I can not get anywhere to Log in. Need this fixed.

Computer is Summer 2013 Macbook Air. Still no build-in audio device but I'm using a USB device I had handy.
